At Dana Bushong Jewelers, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each piece of jewelry is handpicked to meet high expectations of long-lasting, high-quality craftsmanship. As a fifth-generation family-owned and operated jewelry store with 100 years of experience, we offer a lifetime warranty from delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our Warranty Covers:

Any manufacturing defects found in the jewelry, such as loose stones in a new ring, deformed newly-made rings, and rings made with incorrect materials.

Our Warranty does NOT cover:

Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or handling. Examples of normal wear and tear include bent or broken prongs due to daily wear and tear over time, loose stones due to low prongs, and discoloration of metal due to exposure to chemicals. Please refer to our care guide for more information.

Please note that any repairs done by another jeweler will automatically void our warranty. We reserve the right to void the warranty at any time if we suspect any abuse of our warranty.
