How long does it take for an item to ship?
In general it can take 1-4 weeks for an item to ship from our store, as most of our items are made to order.
Ready to ship items take 2-3 business days.
Custom Designs can take 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer warranty on items?
We do not offer a warranty, but we prioritize honesty and stand behind every product we sell. If you encounter any issues with an item purchased either in-store or online, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at dbj@danabushong.com. Kindly include pictures and a detailed explanation of the problem so we can assist you promptly.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes we do! We have an in house bench jeweler with 40 years of experience. Our repair turnaround is about 2 weeks or less.
Do you repair all jewelry?
We are pleased to offer repairs for any piece of jewelry that you have purchased from Dana Bushong's. Additionally, we do provide repair services for other gold items. However, please note that our team needs to assess the items in person before we can guarantee the availability of repair services. Therefore, we kindly request that you bring the items to our store for evaluation and to discuss the repair options available.
Do you allow returns?
We do not currently allow returns on our items. However, if you encounter any issues with an item you have purchased, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit. We believe in ensuring customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please contact our customer service team at dbj@danabushong.com to initiate the process
