All Items can take up to 6-10 weeks to be shipped.

Items can be on back order for up to 3 months.

Our policy lasts 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange - unless agreed upon in advance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
